Charlotte Winter - Operations Manager

Charlotte has worked with the firm since 2016, and is our Operations Manager here at London & County Financial Advisors. She brings a wealth of expertise to the team and with a background as a solicitor in property law, she offers a unique blend of legal and financial knowledge. Charlotte completed her Mortgage Advice and Equity Release qualifications with distinctions in 2024 and is currently completing her Financial Advisor training. Charlotte also manages insurance administration and over sees the annual pension reviews. Her diverse skill set and dedication to excellence ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and high-quality service.

Omar, is our qualified Mortgage Advisor at London & County Financial Advisors and has been an integral part of the team since 2022. With previous experience in estate agencies, Omar brings a unique perspective and valuable insights to his role. Julian Milner - Chairman and Non Executive Director

After graduating from the London School of Economics, Julian spent his formative years studying in the university of life. His career in Financial Services began in his early thirties during which he built a successful IFA practice – Sigma Asset Management. This focussed on a private client wealth management proposition centred around client’s personal objectives as well as investment returns. Having sold the practice in 2017, he is now focussed on management consultancy and property development. As a non-executive director of London & County, he is looking forward to helping the team develop the client proposition and future strategy. In his spare time he plays golf and ferries his three reprobate children to various sports clubs around the Devon countryside.

Rocco is the youngest member of our team, bringing a dynamic energy and fresh perspective to everything he does. His natural flair for the job makes him a valuable asset, always ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm. Outside of work, Rocco serves his community as a part-time firefighter, demonstrating courage and dedication. When he’s not on duty, you’ll often find him with a guitar in hand — an accomplished musician who channels his creativity into music.
