Rob Winter and his team

Rob has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. With in-depth experience gained in corporate roles, mortgage broking, and asset management under his belt, he became a Financial Planner and Adviser in 2002.  In the same year, he started the business which he’s seen grow into the comprehensive financial services provider that London & County Financial Advisors is today.

Rob and his team are highly-qualified and meet the exacting standards required by the Financial Conduct Authority.  Rob is working towards obtaining Chartered status, widely recognised as the “gold standard”, the highest qualification available and one that is held by just 10 per cent of the UK’s Financial Advisers.

He’s supported by an able, enthusiastic and customer-centric team of administrators who are passionate about helping clients plan their finances effectively.  Operations Manager, Charlotte Gamble brings a valuable extra dimension to the firm’s skills.  She’s a qualified solicitor and is currently completing her Financial Adviser training.

  • Charlotte Gamble

    Operations Manager Charlotte Gamble brings a valuable extra dimension to the firm’s skills. She’s a qualified solicitor and is currently completing her Financial Adviser training.
  • Claire Flower

    Financial Administrator Claire has been with the company since March 2018.  She has previous administrative experience and is very thorough with her approach to ensuring all our documentation is in order for all our cases. She is a mum of one and enjoys reading and socialising.
  • Justine Harrod

    Financial and Mortgage Administrator Justine has recently joined the business and has previous property experience.  She joined the team to become involved within the mortgage application and processing side of the business.  She is hoping to become qualified in order to further her career within the business. She is a mum of two and enjoys socialising, holidays and the odd quiz night.
