Rob Winter and his team

Rob has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. With in-depth experience gained in corporate roles, mortgage broking, and asset management under his belt, he became a Financial Planner and Adviser in 1997.

Rob and his team are highly-qualified and meet the exacting standards set by our industry.  Rob is working towards obtaining Chartered status, widely recognised as the “gold standard”, the highest qualification available.

He’s supported by an able, enthusiastic and customer-centric team of administrators who are passionate about helping clients plan their finances effectively.  Operations Manager, Charlotte Gamble brings a valuable extra dimension to the firm’s skills.  She’s a qualified solicitor and is currently completing her Financial Adviser training.

In the same year, he started the business which he’s seen grow into the comprehensive financial services provider that London & County Financial Advisors is today.

    Operations Manager Charlotte Gamble brings a valuable extra dimension to the firm’s skills. She’s a qualified solicitor and is currently completing her Financial Adviser training.

  • Connie Bradley

    Pensions Administrator Connie has recently joined the business, she is a qualified Accountant and Bookkeeper with the AAT and ICB with 15 years previous experience within Accounting and Banking roles. She is now studying towards the mortgage qualification . In her spare time she enjoys playing Hockey for her local team and baking cakes for the office.

He enjoys staying active and going to the gym in his spare time as well as spending time with friends and family.
